FLETA Office of Accreditation Program Manager Christiana Halsey delivered a FLETA Fundamentals on April 18, 2023, to members of the Florida and Iowa National Guard Counterdrug Programs. A total of 17 participants attended the training. Participants were from the FLARNG Multijurisdictional Counterdrug Task Force Training (MCTFT) and were joined by representatives from the IA-ARNG Midwest Counterdrug Training Center.
FLETA Fundamentals is typically a one-day workshop for delivery to training organization personnel as they prepare and support the organization's accreditation efforts, but may be modified to include: building files, managing annual reports, completing a corrective action plan, and assessing files. The Fundamentals may be delivered in-person or online. Online sessions may be recorded and provided securely to the organization for delivering in-house training or as a reference.
