The Supervisory Leadership Training (ICE-SLT) course is designed to provide ICE first-line supervisors with the knowledge, skills, and abilities that contribute to successful job performance. The competencies taught during the ICE-SLT course are identified as those behaviors demonstrated by exemplary leaders and are aligned with the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) as developed by the Office of Personnel Management. The ICE-SLT course is taught at the ICE Academy in Dallas, Texas.
