The purpose of the SRF BTP is to give students the opportunity to practice and get evaluated via written examinations and practical exercises in several law enforcement disciplines including Use of Force, De-escalation, Control Tactics, and Firearms. Every graduate will leave with both, the tactical and technical skills and physical ability to rapidly and effectively respond to the entire spectrum of known dam sector threats. The SRF BTP is 45 instructional days and consists of 400 hours of instruction. The average number of students per iteration of the program is 10.
