Program Manager Christiana Halsey conducted a two-day FLETA Fundamentals to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Academy and Office of Leadership and Career Development (OLCD) in Glynco, GA, August 1-2, 2018. The first day included an overview of the FLETA process, discussion of conducting a gap analysis, and a standard-by-standard discussion. During the second day, the participants received an introduction on accreditation file construction and management, and experienced the process that FLETA assessors use when reviewing accreditation files.
