FLETA Presents at IADLEST

FLETA Program Manager Christiana Halsey delivered training at the 2018 International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST) conference May 23, 2018. The two-hour training focused on how FLETA has been able to use online learning to their advantage. The FLETA Office of Accreditation will shared their online journey, discussed the various methods tested, and highlighted successes and challenges. The training focused on how FLETA has used low-cost / no-cost methods to extend training to reach employees from 40 different federal law enforcement agencies and beyond.
