ICE Training Organizations Receive FLETA Training
FLETA Office of Accreditation Program Manager Christiana Halsey delivered a FLETA Fundamentals to training staff from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The program took place June 29-30, 2022. Sixteen participants from several divisions and training organizations within ICE attended the program.
FLETA Fundamentals is typically a one-day workshop for delivery to training organization personnel as they prepare and support the organization's accreditation efforts, but may be modified to include: building files, managing annual reports, completing a corrective action plan, and assessing files. The Fundamentals may be delivered in-person or online. Online sessions may be recorded and provided securely to the organization for delivering in-house training or as a reference.
