Lisa Bak

Ms. Bak joined the OA on October 22, 2023 as a Program Manager. She comes to the FLETA OA from the FBI, where, as an Instructional Systems Specialist, she provided expertise in curriculum development. Ms. Bak is one of five Program Managers responsible for supporting agencies as they seek FLETA accreditation. In her new role, Ms. Bak will provide guidance and expertise to agency accreditation managers; support the FLETA Board; manage FLETA training and other FLETA-provided programs; and support the Office of Accreditation during day-to-day activities.
