Essentials of Instruction Course

The Essentials of Instruction course is a six-day program that introduces instructors at the James J. Rowley Training Center to the principles of adult learning theory, instructional systems design, ethics and professionalism, classroom management, and presentation skills.  This course serves to provide instructional staff with a method for structuring and delivering active, participant-centered training lessons.  The development and delivery of sample lessons are demonstrated throughout the course.
